Roy W. Reid, APR, CPRC is a leading authority on leadership, relationships, public relations, and marketing. Roy is a sought after speaker and recognized as one of the 100 Thought Leaders in Trustworthy Business Behavior. He is the author of Outrageous Trust®, a program about how to improve outcomes through a more intentional effort cultivating trust. Roy is the Executive Director of Communications for the University of Central Florida College of Business and founder of Enso Leadership. Roy works and relates as well to student leaders as he does with leaders of Fortune 500 companies through his own unique experiences. He was a partner in the public relations firm Consensus Communications, and prior to that, served as Director of Communications for Florida Hospital, America’s largest hospital. He is passionate about education and leadership and serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement (JA) of Central Florida, working with the JA Academy, a magnet school focused on leadership and entrepreneurialism. He is also a student and teacher of martial arts.
